This panel will focus on how natural resources are managed in the West through both coordinated actions and competing interests of federal, state and local governments.  Through investigating specific contentious disputes, as well as effective collaborations, panelists will offer insight into meaningful management structures for natural resources in the changing landscapes of the West.
