Join the Idaho State Bar Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section for a four-part series on the basics of handling a bankruptcy case. The goal of this series is to give attorneys who have considered practicing in this area a law a knowledge base to start from.
The second part of the series will be presented by Tecla E. Druffel, TED BK, PLLC and William “Reed,” Cotten, Robinson & Cotten. They will focus on the property included in the bankruptcy estate, the property that is exempt from the estate and how to advise your clients on matters related to the estate.
