Please complete this email form including all your information and a brief message describing the potential case. It should be no more than 100 words. This will enable the Lawyer Referral staff to provide the name and phone number of an attorney in your area who handles the type of case you describe. We will contact you with that information. It is important you leave a working phone number or email address where you can be reached during the hours of 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday. The Lawyer Referral staff will not leave the name and number of an LRS attorney in your voice mail.
