Recorded Program Rentals
The Idaho Law Foundation and practice sections of the Idaho State Bar have a library of DVDs, CDs and tapes available for rent by attorneys and law offices. Listed below are brief descriptions of the programs available and the steps for renting the program(s). Rental Fee is listed Tax and postage will be added as appropriate.
For information on renting recorded programs, contact Eric White. Please remember that only 15 MCLE credits may be obtained through self-study during each reporting period.
Not all programs are available in all formats. Check the specific program you are interested in for formats available.

Steps for Renting Recorded Programs
- Open and print the Recorded Program Rental Agreement and List
- Click Here for Acrobat Reader is available in PDF format. - Complete the middle and bottom portion of the rental agreement form. Fill in the rental amount indicated for the program you want to rent as indicated on the list. Add sales tax and postage and sign the form.
- Attach your check to the rental agreement form or complete the credit card payment information.
- Send the payment and the agreement form to the Idaho Law Foundation/Idaho State Bar at P.O. Box 895, Boise, ID 83701 or fax to (208) 334-4515 ATTN: Terri Muse.
- If the program is available, expect approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Call ahead (208) 334-4500 to check availability for rush orders.
- The video program, available course materials and an MCLE application form will be mailed to you.
- You may keep the program for a period of 10 working days. After you’ve viewed the program, complete the MCLE application form and return it with the DVD, CD or tape to the Idaho Law Foundation/Idaho State Bar.
- Any course materials sent are yours to keep.

Reciprocal Admission Credits
Courses with the "RAC" notation have been approved for Reciprocal Admission Credits pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Rule 204A(d). The RAC notations are included on the Recorded Program Rental Agreement and List
