Legal Intern Limited License
The legal intern program allows qualified law students and recent law school graduates to engage in a limited practice of law under the supervision of a qualified member of the Idaho State Bar. The provisions and requirements for a limited license as a legal intern are set forth in Idaho Bar Commission Rule 221.
