Change or Adding a Supervising Attorney
A legal intern may apply for a change in supervising attorney, or add a supervising attorney, by filing the initial application and paying a $10 fee. However, if the license has already been canceled, a new initial application will need to be filled out and accompanied by the $25 fee.
The limited license may be renewed one time. Renewal applications must be filed and the $25 application fee paid. It takes approximately two weeks for the Idaho State Bar to process a complete application. It will take additional time at the Idaho Supreme Court before an order is issued.
