Essay Examination
There are ten essay questions covering the subjects on the Topics Sheet.
Four Idaho drafted questions are given on Monday afternoon. The Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) is administered on Tuesday morning and consists of six questions. The Multistate Performance Test (MPT) is administered on Tuesday afternoon and consists of two questions. Each test session is three hours. Past Idaho drafted questions are available from the Idaho State Bar. Past MEE and MPT questions are available from the National Conference of Bar Examiners at http://www.ncbex.org.
