Early Application Packet
Idaho State Bar Rule 206 allows any prospective applicant for admission to the Idaho State Bar who is presently enrolled in an approved law school to file an early application, solely directed to gaining a determination of that person’s character and fitness for admission only and not for applying to sit for the Idaho Bar Examination.
Such an early application will not substitute for any portion of the regular bar application process, and any person filing such an early application shall still be required to complete all application materials required for applying for the Idaho Bar Examination.
